I’ve been DJing since 1987/88 and was an avid vinyl collector. Around 1990 I started DJing regularly at a local pub every Sunday night with a group of friends. We then DJ’d here and there at various places and parties.
I love going to Southport Weekender, Suncébeat and Vocal Booth Weekender. Through going to these events I now regularly DJ at Vocal Booth Weekender and Blossom St Social in Manchester playing vinyl alongside my friend Steve Williams.
My show broadcasts every Sunday at 12 noon. I play a mixture of Soul, Funk, Disco, Hip Hop, Reggae, Drum & Bass, House, Deep & Soulful House and anything in between.
My favourite producers are Dave Lee, Ron Trent & Louie Vega. My favourite DJ’s are Rich Medina, Ron Trent, Luke Una, Ash Lauryn & Kirollus. I love DJ’s that create a vibe.
