Ade Wilcox

After building his first set of twin DJ decks in his school woodworking class in the mid 1980’s Ade started out by DJing at weddings birthday party’s and the odd divorce party ! A wedding guest who was a Regional manager for a chain of 90s disco pubs gave him a 4 night a week contract and after learning his trade night after night he then moved on to independent and national night clubs, after a five year residency for Luminar Leisure Ade left for a week’s holiday in Tenerife where he stayed for 3 years DJing 7 nights a week.
Upon his return to the uk he took up residency at The Lite Bar in Wolverhampton owned by England footballer David Plat. After a 10 year residency playing 6 hour sets to a full house every Saturday, Ade took a step back from his DJ career to look after his Autistic Son.

Now back DJing again and playing for Clockwork orange and recent gigs including O Beach, Soul Heaven, Pasha, Es Paridis and now Shhh amongst many others, Ade has all the enthusiasm of someone setting out on their DJ Career but with all his years of experience.

In 2025 Ade will be celebrating his 40th year DJing but he still loves every second and continues to enjoy finding and playing new house, soulful house, and disco tracks.
